A loudspeaker and microphone workshop with Jens Brand

Most animals have ears for hearing, but anatomy and positioning of these ears can differ. Cicadas for example have ears on their legs and mosquitoes on their feelers, some salamanders hear with their chests and their lungs. Humans wear their ears on the right and left side of the head – somewhere between inside and outside. Compared to our eyes, which can be closed, the sense of hearing does not leave us alone at any time, which not means that we should trust all audible impulses in every case.
