Museum Night
The Oldenburg museums and art galleries are once again inviting visitors to Museum Night from 6 p.m. to midnight.
The Haus for Media Art is hosting the exhibition:
Felipe Castelblanco: Counter-Expeditions
and the Powder Tower is hosting the installation
Felipe Castelblanco: Driftless
Both exhibition venues are open continuously from 11 a.m. to midnight, and admission is free for the entire day
- Short tours: 6:30 p.m. | 7:30 p.m. | 9:30 p.m.
7 p.m.: At the Haus for Media Art, the Plants_Intelligence research team will present the 20-minute lecture performanceKiwicha by Julia Mensch, as well as a screening of Solarceptors, a virtual reality artwork by Rasa Smite and Raitis Smits, both produced as part of Plants_Intelligence. Learning like a Plant is a research project funded by the SNF and carried out by the Institute Art Gender Nature HGK Basel FHNW. Admission is free here as well.
